Steven Byrd

Steven has spent years in shared hosting environments, WordPress development, server administration, DNS, email infrastructure, and security advisory work. Luminfra grew out of that time — specifically from seeing how often people with real infrastructure problems couldn’t get a straight answer from the communities and providers they turned to first.

His work focuses on the problems that require someone to actually read the logs: persistent email deliverability failures, WordPress environments that break in production, SSL and DNS configurations that look correct until they don’t, server issues that reopen because the root cause was never addressed.

Luminfra clients work directly with Steven — not a team, not a queue. That’s intentional, and it’s reflected in how the service is structured and priced.
